Our NEXBIS team has received the NSF Award, โThe Present and Accounted For,โ in support of our solution addressing one of NSFโs most timely and pressing technology needs in contactless and privacy-preserving biometrics. This is a well-deserved recognition of the impactful and groundbreaking work led by Entrepreneurial Lead Bharath Krishnamurthy, Technical Lead Dr. Ajita Rattani, and Industrial Mentor Terry Chapas.
Dr. Rattani served as the mentor at the Doctoral Consortium as a part of IEEE International Joint Conference on Biometrics 2025 (Osaka, Japan).
